Last time, I shared the messy, rewarding process of getting our recruitment platform live—from UX polish to embracing the imperfect first version. I’m proud to say we’re now up and running, matching early job seekers and companies, squashing bugs daily, and fine-tuning based on real feedback. It’s raw, it’s real, and it’s working.
Now, we’re taking our next big step: workforce planning.
While recruiting is about matching individuals to roles, workforce planning zooms out. It asks: Where are we headed? Do we have the right people for what’s next? Are we hiring reactively or strategically? These are the questions that keep leadership up at night—and they’re often answered with spreadsheets and gut instinct. We think there’s a better way.
We're building tools that help companies forecast talent needs, visualize gaps, and make smarter, data-backed decisions about their workforce. The vision is simple: less guesswork, more clarity. Whether it’s headcount planning, role prioritization, or geo-based hiring strategy, we want to empower companies to plan like the best do—even if they’re just getting started.
We’ll share more soon. For now, thanks for being here at the beginning. There’s a lot more to come.
Progress
We are live! Sign up and utilize the platform. It is bare as we bring on the two sides of the platform but as a job seeker, I cannot recommend it enough, and it will always be free. Supporting job seekers and making the game fair is our mission.
